Job Details
ESLSCA University is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented professional to join our team as an Associate, IT Support. This role is responsible for providing technical assistance to faculty, staff, and students, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, and supporting the University's technology infrastructure.
Job Description
Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents in a timely and professional manner.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Support users with Microsoft Office applications, email systems, and university platforms.
Assist in maintaining IT inventory and documentation.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when required.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security procedures.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and basic networking concepts.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Good English language proficiency.
Relevant IT certifications are an advantage.
