ESLSCA University is seeking a creative and results-driven professional to join our team as an Associate, Marketing. This role supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen the University's brand, promote its academic programs, and drive student recruitment and engagement.
Job Description
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to develop promotional materials and marketing content.
Assist in managing the University's social media platforms, website content, and marketing communications.
Monitor campaign performance, prepare marketing reports, and recommend improvements based on data and market insights.
Support the organization and promotion of university events, open days, exhibitions, and recruitment campaigns.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or communications.
Strong communication, creativity, and project coordination skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation.
Excellent English language proficiency.
