ESLSCA University seeks a customer-focused and proactive professional to join our team as a Specialist, Help Desk & Student Services. This role focuses on supporting students, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient student service experience across campus operations.
Job Description
Act as the first point of contact for student inquiries and requests.
Provide information regarding programs, schedules, university policies, and student services.
Support onboarding, registration, and administrative processes for students.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Handle student concerns and assist in resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2–4 years of experience in customer service, student services, or administrative support roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
