ESLSCA University seeks a proactive and student-focused professional to join our team as a Specialist, Student Experience. This role focuses on enhancing the overall student journey, supporting student engagement initiatives, and ensuring a positive and seamless experience throughout students’ academic life at the university.
Job Description
Support the delivery of student experience initiatives and activities that promote student engagement and satisfaction.
Act as a key point of contact for students, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on university services and processes.
Coordinate student events, workshops, and extracurricular activities to foster a vibrant campus community.
Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to resolve student concerns and improve service quality.
Monitor student feedback and contribute to initiatives that enhance the overall student experience.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in student affairs, student services, customer experience, or a related field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Excellent English language proficiency.
Passion for supporting students and creating a positive educational experience.
