Job Details
ESLSCA University Egypt seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to serve as an Associate, Manager – Facilities. This role focuses on supporting and managing day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained campus environment.
Job Description
· Support the management of daily facilities operations across campus.
· Oversee maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of buildings and infrastructure.
· Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
· Monitor facilities performance and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
· Support budgeting, cost control, and procurement processes related to facilities.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
· 7-10 years of experience in facilities management or operations.
· Good knowledge of maintenance systems, safety standards, and vendor management.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Good English language proficiency.
