Job Description
We invite applications for full-time, permanent faculty positions in the following business disciplines:
▪ Accounting ▪ Finance ▪ Marketing ▪ Management ▪ Strategy ▪ Human Resources
Positions are open at all academic ranks: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Full Professor.
ABD candidates who are within a few months of completion may also be considered, subject to
submission of a progress report from their thesis committee and an estimated defense date.
Successful candidates are expected to:
• Deliver high-quality teaching across undergraduate and graduate programs
• Engage in impactful, peer-reviewed research
• Contribute to curriculum development and academic innovation
• Provide service to the university and the wider academic community
• Strengthen the university's local and international academic reputation
Job Requirements
Candidate Profiles
Candidates must hold a PhD from an accredited university in a relevant discipline (or provide evidence of progress toward completion for ABDs).
Demonstrate excellence in teaching, supported by student evaluations, a sample of courses taught, and other relevant evidence.
A demonstrated research record with publications in reputable, internationally peer-reviewed journals is required for Associate and Full Professor levels. Publications should be indexed in recognized academic databases and aligned with the applicant's discipline. Early-career
Assistant Professors (and ABD candidates) should provide evidence of ongoing research projects or potential for impactful research.
International experience, while not mandatory, will be considered an advantage (short research stays or teaching appointments abroad are also considered).
Professional-level English proficiency is required (spoken and written).
A demonstrated commitment to student success is essential.

A cover letter outlining qualifications and interest in the position
An updated curriculum vitae (CV)
A statement of teaching philosophy, including evidence of teaching effectiveness such as teaching evaluations
Links to recent research publications or ongoing working papers (e.g., journal websites, Google Scholar, SSRN, ResearchGate)
References: State the names, institutional titles, and official email addresses of three academic or professional references.
