Job Details
ESLSCA University is seeking a strategic and experienced professional to join our team as HR Director. This role is responsible for leading the University's Human Resources function by developing people strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a high-performance and inclusive work environment. The HR Director will partner with university leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and support the University's strategic objectives.
Job Description
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the University's strategic objectives.
Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.
Oversee performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement programs.
Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law, University policies, and HR best practices.
Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, and employee relations.
Oversee compensation and benefits programs and HR operations, including HRIS and personnel administration.
Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements to enhance organizational performance and employee experience.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
12-15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 7 years in a leadership role, preferably within higher education.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management.
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with HRIS and workforce analytics.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong English language proficiency (written and spoken).
