ESLSCA University Egypt seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to serve as a Specialist – Admissions and Student Recruitment. This role focuses on supporting admissions operations and student recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth and high-quality applicant experience
Job Description
Serve as the primary point of contact for student recruitment agencies.
· Coordinate event logistics including registration, booth setup, materials, travel arrangements, and scheduling.
· Track event performance and generate post-event reports, including lead generation and conversion insights.
· Act as the university representative at events, engaging with prospective students, parents, and school counselors.
· Ensure agencies are updated with accurate program information, admission requirements, and promotional materials.
· Prepare and distribute marketing materials for events and partner agencies.
· Act as a primary point of contact for prospective students and applicants, providing guidance throughout the admissions journey.
· Support the coordination of admissions activities, applications, and handle inquiries and applicant communication in a professional and timely manner.
· Coordinate with academic departments, marketing, and internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions process.
· Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to admissions and student recruitment activities.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
· 1–2 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or PR (higher education or student services is a plus).
· Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, student-focused environment.
