Job Details
ESLSCA University Egypt seeks a motivated and detail-oriented professional to serve as a Specialist, Student Enrollment. This role supports the student enrollment cycle and ensures an efficient, accurate, and student-centered experience from acceptance to registration.
Job Description
· Act as a key point of contact for accepted students, providing clear guidance on enrollment steps, tuition payments, and registration requirements.
· Coordinate with finance and academic departments to ensure smooth enrollment and class registration processes.
· Assist students with course registration, scheduling, and onboarding processes.
· Support enrollment-related activities such as orientation sessions, onboarding events, and registration days.
· Prepare reports and updates related to enrollment status, intake progress, and registration performance.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in enrollment, admissions, administration, or customer service.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
· Strong English language proficiency.
