Job Details
ESLSCA University Egypt seeks an experienced and results-oriented professional to serve as a Supervisor, Business Development. This role focuses on leading business development activities, managing partnerships, and driving growth initiatives to support the university’s market expansion and enrollment objectives.
Job Description
· Lead and supervise business development activities, ensuring alignment with strategic growth objectives.
· Identify, develop, and manage relationships with corporate and institutional partners to expand business opportunities.
· Oversee the preparation of proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
· Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to align programs with market needs.
· Guide and support team members to achieve targets and maintain high performance standards.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· 5–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles.
· Strong communication, negotiation, supervision, and relationship management skills.
· Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
· Excellent English language proficiency.
