Job Details
ESLSCA University is looking for a Career Services Manager to lead the Career Center and enhance students' and alumni employability outcomes through impactful career development services and strong employer partnerships.
Job Description
Lead the Career Center strategy, services, and operations.
Design and oversee career guidance services, including CV reviews, interview preparation, and career planning workshops.
Build and maintain relationships with employers and industry partners.
Organize career fairs, employer presentations, networking events, and industry panels.
Manage career platforms, job boards, and employability resources.
Monitor employment outcomes, internship placements, and key performance indicators.
Collaborate with academic departments, student life, and alumni relations teams.
Lead and develop the Career Center team.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
Master’s degree is preferred.
5+ years of experience in career services, recruitment, employability, talent management, or related fields.
Proven experience in employer engagement and career development.
Strong presentation, coaching, and workshop facilitation skills.
Excellent networking, relationship management, and project management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
