Throughout their three-year program, all students are required to complete an internship at any company. The career office at ESLSCA University assists students in securing internships.

Helmi H. Hammami, Ph.D

Academic Dean, ESLSCA Business School 

Professor Helmi Hammami is the Dean of ESLSCA Business School at ESLSCA University (Egypt) and a full professor of Accounting specializing in fraud and financial crimes. He chairs the Accreditation Committee for the African Association of Business Schools (AABS) and has held leadership roles at Rennes School of Business and Qatar University. With a PhD from Bocconi University, he brings extensive international experience in accreditation, strategic planning, and curriculum design. A published researcher in accounting and fraud risk, Professor Hammami also advises SMEs and promotes financial literacy among youth across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.
Mohamed Sherif, Ph.D

Academic Advisor & Associate Dean For Teaching & Learning Innovations

Professor Mohamed Sherif earned his PhD from Manchester Business School and is a distinguished academic leader with extensive experience in the UK and Egypt. He served as Dean and Vice President at King Salman International University and spent over 15 years at Heriot-Watt University in key academic roles. With 56+ journal publications, multiple research awards, and over 40 PhD supervisions, he is also a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy and active in global academic networks.
Rasha Elkholy, Ph.D

Academic Director, Undergraduate Studies 

Dr Rasha El Kholy is the BBA Academic Director at ESLSCA University and an Assistant Professor of Statistics. She attained her PhD from Cairo University through a co-supervision agreement with Toulouse Capitole University in France. With over 25 years of teaching experience at prestigious institutions, including Cairo University and the American University in Cairo, Dr. Rasha has dedicated her career to fostering a deep understanding of statistical concepts among students. Since joining ESLSCA University at the founding of the undergrad program in 2019, Dr. Rasha has been committed to develop innovative curricula that inspire students to think critically and analytically.
