Job Details

ESLSCA University is seeking a motivated and student-focused professional to join our team as an Associate, Admission – Postgraduate Studies. This role is responsible for supporting prospective students throughout the admissions journey, providing accurate program information, and ensuring a seamless application and enrollment experience for postgraduate applicants.

Job Description

• Respond to inquiries from prospective postgraduate students through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.

• Guide applicants through the admissions process, ensuring all required documents and application materials are submitted accurately and on time.

• Conduct admissions consultations and provide detailed information about postgraduate programs, admission requirements, and enrollment procedures.

• Maintain accurate applicant records and update admissions data within the University's systems and databases.

• Follow up with prospective students to support application completion and conversion to enrollment.

• Assist in organizing admissions events, open days, information sessions, and recruitment activities.

• Coordinate with academic departments and other internal stakeholders to facilitate the admissions and enrollment process.

• Prepare admissions reports and contribute to achieving student recruitment and enrollment targets.

• Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions with prospective students and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, customer service, sales, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple applications and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM or student information systems is an advantage.

• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent English language proficiency (written and spoken).

• Experience within higher education is preferred.
