ESLSCA University seeks a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as an Officer, Academic Operations. This role focuses on supporting academic processes, coordinating operational activities, and ensuring smooth communication between academic and administrative departments to enhance the overall student and faculty experience.
Job Description
• Support daily academic operations and administrative processes across departments.
• Coordinate class schedules, faculty requirements, and academic documentation.
• Assist in maintaining accurate academic records, reports, and operational data.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
• Support examinations, academic events, and student-related operational activities.
• Handle inquiries and provide operational support to faculty members and students when needed.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in academic operations, administration, or coordination roles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent English language proficiency.
