ESLSCA University is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Senior Supervisor, Alumni Relations. This role is responsible for strengthening engagement with ESLSCA graduates, fostering a vibrant alumni community, and building meaningful partnerships that support the University's strategic objectives.
Job Description
• Implement alumni engagement initiatives that strengthen connections between ESLSCA University and its alumni across all programs and locations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for alumni, managing inquiries, support requests, and feedback channels.
• Maintain and enhance alumni databases and directories, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records to support communications and engagement activities.
• Coordinate and execute alumni events and programs, including reunions, networking events, mentorship initiatives, and professional development workshops.
• Collaborate with the Career Center, Student Life, and academic departments to involve alumni in mentoring, guest speaking, recruitment, and student support activities.
• Manage alumni communication channels, including newsletters, social media platforms, and online communities, to keep graduates informed and engaged.
• Identify and engage alumni ambassadors and volunteers to support strategic initiatives, partnerships, and community-building efforts.
• Monitor alumni engagement metrics and program performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement based on data and feedback.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in alumni relations, customer relationship management, stakeholder engagement, external relations, or a similar role, preferably within higher education.
• Proven experience in planning and executing engagement programs, events, and community-building initiatives.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience working with databases, CRM systems, and digital communication platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong English language proficiency (written and spoken).
