ESLSCA University is seeking a proactive and innovative professional to join our Executive Education team as a Specialist, Programs. This role focuses on supporting program development, conducting market research, identifying learning trends, and contributing to the design and continuous enhancement of Executive Education programs.
Job Description
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new Executive Education opportunities. Support the development and enhancement of Executive Education programs based on market needs and client feedback.
Benchmark competitors and research best practices to ensure program competitiveness and innovation.
Assist in designing program proposals, learning pathways, and training solutions for corporate and individual clients.
Collaborate with faculty members and internal stakeholders to develop high-quality program content and offerings.
Prepare research reports, program documentation, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Economics, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in research, program development, business development, learning and development, or Executive Education.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate research into practical program recommendations.
Excellent English language proficiency and strong Microsoft Office skills.
