ESLSCA University is seeking a proactive and creative professional to join our team as an Associate, Internal Communication. This role focuses on supporting internal communication initiatives, developing engaging content, and ensuring effective communication of university news, announcements, and employee engagement activities across the organization.
Job Description
Support the development and execution of internal communication plans, ensuring timely and effective communication of university announcements, initiatives, and updates.
Create and coordinate engaging internal communication content across various channels, including emails, newsletters, and internal platforms.
Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate and consistent communication across the university.
Assist in planning and promoting employee engagement activities, events, and internal campaigns to strengthen employee connection and organizational culture.
Monitor internal communication activities, gather feedback, and prepare reports and recommendations to improve employee engagement and communication effectiveness.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in internal communication, corporate communication, employee engagement, content creation, or a related field.
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and effective communication content.
Excellent English language proficiency and strong Microsoft Office skills.
