ESLSCA University seeks a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Specialist, Admissions and Student Recruitment. This role focuses on supporting student recruitment activities, guiding prospective students through the admissions process, and contributing to enrollment growth objectives.
Job Description
Support student recruitment and admissions activities in alignment with university enrollment goals.
Communicate with prospective students and provide guidance throughout the admissions process.
Participate in educational fairs, school visits, and recruitment events to promote university programs.
Follow up with applicants to ensure completion of admission requirements and documentation.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, sales, or customer relations.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment. • Excellent English language proficiency.
