Job Details
ESLSCA University is seeking a proactive professional to join our Executive Education team as an Associate, Programs. This role focuses on supporting program development, learning content, and the continuous enhancement of Executive Education offerings.
Job Description
· Develop and design course structures, curricula, learning activities, and assessments.
· Develop and recommend online and offline learning materials and multimedia resources.
· Create learning experiences based on learning objectives and audience needs.
· Tailor learning journeys based on clients' Training Needs Assessments.
· Support the Business Development team in L&D consultations and training solutions.
· Collaborate with instructors and internal stakeholders to enhance program content and delivery.
· Support the evaluation of learning effectiveness and organize Executive Education resources.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Economics, or a related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in program development, Learning & Development, instructional design, or Executive Education.
· Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
· Excellent English language proficiency and strong Microsoft Office skills.
