ESLSCA University is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Specialist, Student Enrollment. This role is responsible for supporting the student enrollment process, ensuring accurate documentation, providing excellent service to students, and contributing to a seamless enrollment experience.
Job Description
Manage the student enrollment process and ensure all required documents are complete and accurately recorded.
Guide students through enrollment procedures and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to facilitate student registration and enrollment.
Maintain accurate student records and update enrollment data within the university systems.
Support enrollment campaigns and assist in achieving student enrollment targets.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in student enrollment, admissions, registration, customer service, or a related field. • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent English language proficiency.
