ESLSCA University is seeking a dynamic Student Life Manager to lead the Office of Student Development in designing and delivering a vibrant, holistic student experience. The role is responsible for creating an engaging and supportive campus environment that enhances student engagement, wellbeing, and success.
Job Description
Implement the overall student life strategy to ensure a positive, inclusive, and engaging campus experience.
Oversee student clubs, organizations, events, workshops, trips, cultural activities, networking events, and graduation ceremonies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for student non-academic matters and resolve issues professionally.
Develop programs that promote student engagement, wellbeing, and a sense of belonging.
Collaborate with Academic Affairs, Student Services, and other departments to enhance the student journey.
Manage and support university sports teams and athletic activities.
Monitor student engagement indicators and recommend improvements.
Lead and develop the Student Life team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Master’s degree is an advantage.
5+ years of experience in student life, community management, or related functions within higher education.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
Experience in designing and delivering student engagement programs and events.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
