Professor Helmi Hammami is the Dean of ESLSCA Business School at ESLSCA University (Egypt) and a full professor of Accounting specializing in fraud and financial crimes. He chairs the Accreditation Committee for the African Association of Business Schools (AABS) and has held leadership roles at Rennes School of Business and Qatar University. With a PhD from Bocconi University, he brings extensive international experience in accreditation, strategic planning, and curriculum design. A published researcher in accounting and fraud risk, Professor Hammami also advises SMEs and promotes financial literacy among youth across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.

Mohamed Sherif, Ph.D.

Professor Mohamed Sherif earned his PhD from Manchester Business School and is a distinguished academic leader with extensive experience in the UK and Egypt. He served as Dean and Vice President at King Salman International University and spent over 15 years at Heriot-Watt University in key academic roles. With 56+ journal publications, multiple research awards, and over 40 PhD supervisions, he is also a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy and active in global academic networks.

Khaled Bekhit, DBA

Dr. Khaled Bekhit is the MBA Program Director at ESLSCA University, with extensive academic and professional experience in strategy and advanced management topics. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Maastricht School of Management (MSM), Netherlands, and brings strong corporate and consulting experience across the MENA region. Dr. Bekhit is passionate about experiential learning and has actively contributed to curriculum development and accreditation initiatives. His areas of expertise include strategic management, leadership, and international business. He is also a strong advocate for fostering a learner-centered environment that bridges theory with real-world application.
