Roba Tarek ElNahas
Lecturer Assistant and Senior Research Specialist
Roba Elnahas is a Lecturer Assistant in Economics at the Business School of ESLSCA University. She earned her Master’s degree in Environmental Economics from the Sadat Academy for Management Sciences. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from MSA University in Egypt , in partnership with the University of Greenwich in the United Kingdom. With nearly nine years of experience in higher education, Roba Elnahas has joined the faculty at ESLSCA University teaching economics and econometrics courses for undergraduate students since 2021. She also serves as a Senior Research Specialist at ESLSCA’s Research Center of Excellence (ERCE). In 2025, she completed a certified course in Statistical Analysis (Introduction to SPSS), further enhancing her research and data analysis competencies.

Dalia Mahmoud Abulfatth
Lecturer Assistant and Senior Research Specialist
Dalia Abulfatth is a lecturer in multicultural management and business case studies, bringing over ten years of experience to the classroom. She actively supervises student graduation projects, encouraging creativity, critical thinking, and real-world application. She holds a Master’s degree from Alexandria University and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at ESLSCA University, with a focus on sports management. Her academic interests include cross-cultural management, strategy, and the evolving dynamics of sports management.
