Job Details
ESLSCA University is seeking a dynamic Associate Manager, Human Resources to lead and oversee the University's Human Resources function. The role is responsible for managing all HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, and HR Compliance, while leading the HR team to deliver strategic and operational HR excellence across the University.
Job Description
Lead and oversee all Human Resources functions to ensure effective and efficient HR service delivery.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and offboarding.
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with the University's strategic objectives.
Partner with academic and administrative leaders to support workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law, University policies, and HR best practices.
Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements to enhance organizational performance and the employee experience.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree or professional HR certification is an advantage.
6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience across multiple HR functions.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Egyptian labor law.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
