ESLSCA University is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team as an HR Operations Supervisor. This role is responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, managing employee lifecycle processes, and supporting the efficient delivery of HR services across the university.
Job Description
Oversee daily HR operations and ensure the smooth execution of all HR processes.
Manage faculty and adjunct contracts, including preparation, renewals, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate social insurance and government medical insurance processes in accordance with local regulations.
Support payroll administration by ensuring accurate and timely submission of payroll inputs.
Manage onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Handle foreign employees’ residency procedures and related government documentation.
Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and employee documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments and external government entities to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent English language proficiency.
