Job Details
ESLSCA University is seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Specialist, Account Management. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through effective account management practices.
Job Description
Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts and stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Follow up on client needs and ensure the successful delivery of services.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with internal departments to support client requirements and business objectives.
Prepare account reports and maintain accurate client records.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in account management, customer success, client relations, or sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
Excellent English language proficiency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
