ESLSCA University seeks a highly organized and professional Senior Administrative Assistant to manage the daily operations of the Dean’s office and support administrative functions with accuracy and efficiency. This role focuses on coordinating schedules, meetings, and communications while ensuring smooth workflow across academic and administrative activities.
Job Description
Manage the daily operations of the Dean’s office and support administrative functions professionally.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and communications efficiently.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and official documents as required.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record management.
Assist in organizing events, sessions, visits, and departmental activities.
Serve as a key point of contact for faculty, students, and external guests to ensure smooth coordination and workflow.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
Media background is required.
5+ years of experience in executive or administrative support roles.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage tasks with accuracy, professionalism, and discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual communication platforms.
Excellent English language proficiency.
Passion for making a positive difference in student life.
