ESLSCA University seeks a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Specialist, Graduate Documentation. This role focuses on handling graduate records, preparing official documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of all graduation-related administrative procedures.
Job Description
Manage and maintain graduate records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare official graduation documents, certificates, transcripts, and related paperwork.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure completion of graduation requirements.
Follow up on student files and ensure all required documentation is properly completed
and archived.
Support graduation processes, ceremonies, and related administrative activities.
Handle inquiries related to graduate documentation and provide professional support to graduates and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in documentation, administration, student affairs, or academic operations.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent English language proficiency.
