ESLSCA University is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our Executive Education team as a Supervisor, Programs. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of executive education programs, ensuring operational
excellence, supervising program activities, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and participant experience.
Job Description
Supervise the day-to-day operations and delivery of Executive Education programs.
Coordinate with faculty members, participants, and internal departments to ensure smooth program execution.
Plan and oversee program schedules, classroom logistics, and learning resources.
Conduct program demonstrations (demos) for prospective clients and corporate partners to showcase Executive Education offerings.
Monitor program quality through regular audits, ensuring compliance with operational standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare program reports, maintain accurate documentation, and support the achievement of departmental objectives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in program management, executive education, training operations, or academic administration, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Excellent English language proficiency and strong Microsoft Office skills.
