Take an English Exam
Applicants must submit the required TOEFL or IELTS test scores. Otherwise, they must complete the ESLSCA English placement test (ITEP) test online.
Online Interview
Applicants are required to participate in a virtual admission interview that is conducted via Zoom.
Required Documents
- Original graduation certificate or original bachelor’s degree transcript (English or Arabic).
- According to the Egyptian Supreme Council of Universities’ (ESCU) latest regulations, graduates of non-governmental universities must submit an Equivalency Decision issued by the Egyptian Supreme Council of Universities (ESCU).
- Original birth certificate (computerized).
- Copy of the national ID or passport.
- 2 personal photos.
- English Language Proficiency: Candidates must attain the required scores on either the IELTS test (minimum score 5), TOEFL ITP (minimum score 500), TOEFL IBT (score 59 – 60), or the ESLSCA English placement test (ITEP) minimum score 2.5.
- Updated resume.
Scholarships
Scholarships are only applicable to the EGP portion of the fees.

Syndicate Partnerships

Academic Scholarships
If you have attained a cumulative GPA or grade of “Very Good” or above in your bachelor's degree, you may be eligible for a discount ranging from 30% to 60%.

Refund Policy
The following criteria determine refund amounts for tuition and fees (Application and Technology Fees are non-refundable).
For Students Who Have Paid Course Fees in Advance:
Withdrawal Timing | Deduction (EGP & EUR) |
Before first day of classes | 10% |
After first week of classes | 25% |
After second week of classes | 50% |
After third week of classes | 100% (no refund) |
Important Notes:
- A yearly fee increase will apply, with a minimum of 5% each year
- A 10% penalty applies to any overdue balance (EGP & EUR) after missing the payment deadline (five working days from registration)
- Exceeding the deadline without an approved postponement request will incur the penalty fee, except in cases of force majeure (with supporting documentation)
- Dropping an academic year or semester will incur a readmission fee (contact Student Accounting for details)
- Credit balances will automatically apply to future semester fees
- Refunds are only processed for complete withdrawal from the University or at graduation
- Students who withdraw from a course and retake it later will pay the updated course fees regardless of any balance from the dropped course
- Online courses in the Virtual MBA program are available only to students residing in Egypt.
- Students located outside of Egypt will not be able to access the Virtual MBA courses due to technical restrictions.

• Official transcripts, forwarded directly by previously attended colleges and universities (MBA, MSc, or MA in Business Administration).
• Original transcripts for all university courses. Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 at the end of their MBA to join the DBA program.
• Professional resumes.
• Statement of purpose (approximately 1,000 words addressing the candidate's goals and reasons for seeking a doctoral degree).
• Two letters of recommendation reaffirming the candidate's ability to pursue a doctoral program.
