Responsible for working on the development of the Quality Assurance Office directives and procedures documentation, driving quality improvement across all Departments/ Offices, in addition to making evidence-based recommendations to support process improvements as per the national and international accreditation requirements.

Responsible for enhancing the student experience by acting as the single point of contact between students and ESLSCA University, coordinating all voice and digital requests, and resolving issues or complaints in a timely manner while maintaining the university’s professional image.

Manage all aspects of Executive Education enrollment, from lead engagement to finalizing enrollments.
