Professor Helmi Hammami is the Dean of ESLSCA Business School at ESLSCA University (Egypt) and a full professor of Accounting specializing in fraud and financial crimes. He chairs the Accreditation Committee for the African Association of Business Schools (AABS) and has held leadership roles at Rennes School of Business and Qatar University. With a PhD from Bocconi University, he brings extensive international experience in accreditation, strategic planning, and curriculum design. A published researcher in accounting and fraud risk, Professor Hammami also advises SMEs and promotes financial literacy among youth across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.

Mohamed Sherif, Ph.D.
Academic Advisor, Associate Dean for Teaching and Learning Innovations
Professor Mohamed Sherif earned his PhD from Manchester Business School and is a distinguished academic leader with extensive experience in the UK and Egypt. He served as Dean and Vice President at King Salman International University and spent over 15 years at Heriot-Watt University in key academic roles. With 56+ journal publications, multiple research awards, and over 40 PhD supervisions, he is also a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy and active in global academic networks.

The following criteria determine refund amounts for tuition and fees (Application and Technology Fees are non-refundable).
For Students Who Have Paid Course Fees in Advance:
Withdrawal Timing | Deduction (EGP & EUR) |
Before first day of classes | 10% |
After first week of classes | 25% |
After second week of classes | 50% |
After third week of classes | 100% (no refund) |
Important Notes:
- A yearly fee increase will apply, with a minimum of 5% each year
- A 10% penalty applies to any overdue balance (EGP & EUR) after missing the payment deadline (five working days from registration)
- Exceeding the deadline without an approved postponement request will incur the penalty fee, except in cases of force majeure (with supporting documentation)
- Dropping an academic year or semester will incur a readmission fee (contact Student Accounting for details)
- Credit balances will automatically apply to future semester fees
- Refunds are only processed for complete withdrawal from the University or at graduation
- Students who withdraw from a course and retake it later will pay the updated course fees regardless of any balance from the dropped course
- Online courses in the Virtual MBA program are available only to students residing in Egypt.
- Students located outside of Egypt will not be able to access the Virtual MBA courses due to technical restrictions.
