English Language Proficiency

Applicants are required to submit one of the following English language proficiency test results::
• IELTS minimum score of 6.0.
• TOEFL minimum score of 540.
• TOEFL IBT minimum score of 60.
• ESLSCA University Internal English Placement Test.

8 O levels, or 6 O levels and 1 AS or AL, or 4 O levels and 2 AS or AL.
Minimum grade 4 for O level subjects.
Minimum grade 3 for AS and AL subjects.

- Cumulative GPA (Grade 10, 11, 12) minimum 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- In addition to SAT 1 with a minimum score of 950, or ACT 1 with a minimum score of 17, or EST 1 with a minimum score of 950.
- Qualifying Subjects: Math and English.

- Successfully completed 8 different subjects.
- Accepted students should have spent the last three years of study (Grades 10,11,12) in the Canadian system, with an overall score of 70%.

Scholarships

Scholarships cannot be combined. Scholarships are applicable only to the annual tuition fees.

  • Siblings

    If more than one sibling is registered, the second sibling is entitled to a 10% scholarship on tuition fees.

  • Alumni

    Siblings and / or parents who have graduated from ESLSCA University academic programs are entitled to a 10% scholarship on tuition fees.

  • Academic Achievement Scholarships

    Applicants who achieve outstanding grades in their secondary / high school certification are eligible to apply for the following scholarships:
    Grade: 80% – 85% = 5%
    Grade: 85% – 90% = 10%
    Grade: 90% – 95% = 15%
    Grade: 95% – 100% = 20%

  • Sports Achievement Scholarships

    International level competitions: 1st = 35%, 2nd = 25%, 3rd = 15%..
    National level competitions: 1st = 25%, 2nd = 15%, 3rd = 5%.

  • Early Admission Scholarship

    Applicants interested in early admission for the fall semester are eligible for a 15% discount from the 1st of January till the 1st of April.

Tuition fees may be paid in two installments per semester.

  • Application Fees: EGP 2,500 (Non-refundable)
  • Tuition Fees per Year: EGP 245,960 + €1,500
  • Academic Resources and Activities: EGP 12,000
  • Technology Fees: EGP 5,000

All refund amounts are calculated after deducting the Non-refundable Application Fee and must comply with the university’s academic withdrawal policies, procedures and code of conduct.

  • Full Refund (100%): If the student is not accepted to the university (rejected for any reason) 
  • Early and Regular Admission (before induction date): EGP 20,000 administration/cancellation fee will be deducted from the first instalment 
  • Withdrawal on or after induction date: First instalment is non-refundable (100% deduction)

Returning Students’ Tuition Refund Policy 

Before the semester starts: 

  • EGP 20,000 administrative fee will be deducted

After classes begin (starting the first day of classes): 

  • End of Week 1: 75% of the semester fees will be refunded 
  • End of Week 2: 50% of the semester fees will be refunded

  • End of Week 4 and onwards: No refunds will be issued
