What Do We Offer?

Student Counseling

Our team of certified professionals provides personalized counseling sessions to assist students dealing with a range of issues such as depression, anxiety, adjustment to new cultures, and any other factors affecting their mental well-being.

Group Sessions

At our Wellness Center, experienced professionals lead group therapy sessions for individuals facing similar challenges. Participants share experiences, gain insights, and learn coping skills together, fostering community and personal growth.

Physical Activities

Students can take part in yoga and meditation sessions designed to improve focus and reduce stress. Our gym is equipped with everything you need for strength training and cardiovascular workouts, while our fitness programs cater to different levels of experience.
